How we handle your information.

If you book a job, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, the kind of work, the date and arrival window, and whether you asked for the military or law enforcement discount. If you call, email, or write to us, we keep what you send so we can answer and do the work. If you leave a review from a card we hand you, we keep the first name, the town if you add one, and the words you write. Those words go on the public reviews page only after we decide to put them there.

This public site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our host and the service that stores bookings may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, so the site can run and so we can spot abuse. Those logs are not used to build an advertising profile.

The office sign-in for our own staff uses a session cookie. That cookie is not set when you browse the public pages or book a job.

We use the information above to:

• answer you and put a requested job on the schedule,
• confirm the details, quote the price, and do the work,
• apply a discount you asked for, when you qualify,
• keep business records, including records we need for taxes, insurance, or a dispute,
• protect the site, the crew, and our customers from fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

The family members doing the job see the booking, including the address and phone number, so they know where to go. A copy of the job may also appear on the crew calendars we use to run the schedule.

Companies that host the website and store bookings process that information for us, and only so we can operate. When you book, the service that sends our booking emails receives your name, phone, email, service address, date, and job details so it can send that email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our crew, or someone else's safety.

We keep booking and contact records for as long as we need them to finish the job, answer questions about it, and meet tax, insurance, and legal record-keeping. When we no longer need a record, we delete it or strip out the details that identify you.

You can ask us to correct or delete the contact details we have about you. Call (813) 244-1053 or email gatorfamjr@gmail.com. We will do that unless we still need the record for a job in progress, a bill, a tax or insurance file, or a legal claim. You can also stop using the site at any time. Booking by phone is the same work, with the same use of your contact details.

This site is for adults arranging work at a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we store. No website or phone line is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never happen.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. The version posted here is the one that applies.
