Gator Family Junk & Repairs is a family business in the Greater Tampa Bay Area — junk removal, repairs, and cleanouts, with thirty-seven years of construction and remodeling standing behind every job.
Our mission
Something worth handing down.
We are not building a company to sell. We are building one to pass to our son — which changes how you treat a job, because your name stays on it long after the truck pulls off.
That means the person who quotes your work is related to the person doing it. No call center, no rotating subcontractors, no script. Same family on the phone and in your driveway.
Most of what we get called for lands on somebody's hard week — a move, a loss, a house that got away from someone, a repair that has been waiting years. We would rather be the crew that made that week easier.

Selling a home that needs a bathroom finished, drywall patched, or floors replaced — and the money to do it is tied up in the house itself? We are getting ready to fund the materials and the labor up front and collect at the closing table.
No loan, nothing out of pocket while the house is on the market. The work gets done, the house shows the way it should, and we get paid when you do.
