Our mission
Something worth handing down.
We spent years on the wrong end of other people's bad deals. So we don't hand them out.
Most of what we get called for lands on somebody's hard week: a move, a loss, a house that got away from someone, a repair that has been waiting years. We'd rather be the crew that made that week easier.
The person who quotes your work is related to the person doing it. No call center, no rotating subcontractors, no script.
Fair, but firm. Knowledgeable, but not arrogant. Giving, but not losing. The number we quote is the number you pay.
Straight talk
We'll tell you if you don't need us.
If a repair isn't worth doing yet, we say so. If the job is smaller than you think, the price is smaller than you think. We'd rather lose the work than talk you into it.
Ask for references before you book. We'll hand them over before you ask twice.

Thirty-seven years building and remodeling for other people, and a fair amount of that was watching customers get taken advantage of. If a repair isn't worth doing yet, he'll tell you.

A real estate background, which is why she knows what a house needs before it goes on the market, and what it doesn't. Same family on the phone and in your driveway.
